Whilst the summer months remain the most popular dates for British weddings, it is worth noting when deciding on a wedding date, that autumn and winter weddings can in fact, be truly magical.
L&R were married at The Old Stables in November 2022, with quite honestly some of the most incredible photographs that encapsulate the season, the countryside and the beauty of the monochrome wedding theme. Each time I see these photographs, I am stunned, a truly talented photographer captures moments in time with a sense of atmosphere, or emotion behind the lens. Sarah Salotti Photography has encapsulated all this and more for L&R back in November 2022.
L chose a bold white bouquet with statement tropical floral such as Anthurium, as well as more traditional flowers such as Gypsophila Roses with a touch of boho grasses.
For her maids, L chose to forgo a bouquet and instead chose all Gypsophila hair crowns and wrist corsages, which looked incredible with their black dresses.
The groomsmen and Dashund Snoop wore black tuxes, the buttonholes were kept simple with Gypsophila, Lisianthus, Dianthus, Waxflower and a touch of Stipa grass. I chose Stipa over Pampas as it is much less fluffy and therefore less likely to attach itself to the suits.

On the guest tables, the florals were kept simple, but a statement arch was positioned at the top of the aisle.

I really hope you can feel the love between the couple and the atmosphere the season brought to their day, even a year later, for me the photographs tell L&R's love story and wedding day, so powerfully.
